Glenn and Linette

Owners


Glenn and Linette have been designing and building custom homes in the Iowa City area for over three decades.  They believe the home building process should be a personal and rewarding experience and that building trust is just as important as the home they build for their clients.

Glenn and Linette were born and raised in Riverside, Iowa. They have lived in Iowa City for over 30 years.  They have two children, Angela and her husband Rob, and Christopher and his wife Jenna, and their three daughters, Sophia, Bailey, and Josephine.  Christopher is the construction manager for the family construction business.

Glenn is a huge sports fan.  He follows the Iowa Hawkeyes, San Francisco Giants and the Green Bay Packers.  He is an avid fisherman and enjoys his yearly fishing trips with his family.

Linette is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys long power walks with her friends and family.  She also enjoys a good book, cooking, gardening and playing bingo.
