The Team

Glenn and Linette have been designing and building custom homes in the Iowa City area for over three decades. They believe the home building process should be a personal and rewarding experience and that building trust is just as important as the home they build for their clients.

Glenn and Linette were born and raised in Riverside, Iowa. They have lived in Iowa City for over 30 years. They have two children Angela and her husband Rob. Christopher and his wife Jenna, and their four daughters, Sophia, Bailey, Josephine and Aubrey. Christopher is now the construction manager for the family business.
